Sessions last 50 minutes and are normally held weekly, on the same day and at the same time.
The fee for the initial consultation is £40 for individual therapy, £50 for couple therapy. Following sessions are between £60 and £80 for individual therapy and £90 and £110 for couple therapy.
I am a member of major insurers (Aviva, Axa, Bupa). Insurance policy usually applies only for individual therapy and not couple therapy. Check with your insurer.
